Marvin Gaye (You are The Man) Album: Retro Walking Bass Line Meet Classical Voice Tones

Marvin Gaye's classical tones is evergreen, Marvin Gaye recorded these ‘unburied’ tracks in 1972. An epic album to collect, Marvin Gaye is a music designer, American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Earlier, He helped to build and shape the sound of Motown in the 1960s also developing new artist for sound of Motown, first as an in-house session player and later as a solo artist with a string of hits

One of my fave tracks is "Symphony", giving Retro-soul in their bass line on ‘Symphony’ simple and harmonies, kinda Motown typically sound but with a little mainstream composition

This record is following the relative failure of single ‘You’re the man’ and a dispute with Motown head and leader Berry Gordy, the proposed album was ditched leaving these songs floating round in dribs and drabs, until now.

An summer vibes and a little power of LOVE and the bouncy ‘Where are we going?’ a proto-disco horn of plenty positing the rhetoric.

This album also included are the …

The National new album is always thrilling me, something apart in my heart is returning, There are tributes to sad,  pain, love, loneliness, and everything in between, Light Years track seems deeper and tend to sentimentals, Heavy voices from the lead vocal is awesome,  slow keyboards tune and sparse beats that could easily stab my heart. as reported from the band website, the record shares its title with a short film by independent cinema director Mike Mills; the two projects are described as “playfully hostile siblings that love to steal from each other”.

Light Years track bring me sorrow, boom right here in my heart

Melodic Punk Rock from LA, Hillview finally released The Law of Averages

Hello there, let me introduce, HILLVIEW - "THE LAW OF AVERAGES"
Hillview is a new, hard hitting, in your face, melodic punk rock act hailing from the mighty City of Los Angeles, California. Featuring Union 13 guitarist Eddie Carasco on vocals and guitars, David Marin on drums and studio bass recordings by Union 13 and Dead Fucking Last (DFL) bassist Edgar Jaramillo, Hillview's debut album "The Law Of Averages" is bound to come in hot!
With each member having an impressive musical and touring career in their back pocket, Hillview sounds experienced and well thought out to say the least. Let's let the music do the talking though, which style-wise can be best described as a mixture of catchy melodic punk rock, the speed and intensity of hardcore punk blended with the occassional finger lickin' metal riff.
Although being as fresh as could be, the band already played a handfull of shows, including support slots for Implants and Guttermouth. Expect way more…
